Youth Staff
October 2015

In September, the youth got back into their usual midweek routine, picking up where we left off in the E100 series.  At the end of the month, we started our special breakout series, #NSG, which stands for Not Small Groups.  These groups are like mini-life groups, where the youth are able to choose one based on their liking.  We have a sharing/devotional group that involves baking tasty treats, a current events group where we talk about the current events in the world around us and the role the church should play, and another group where we discuss relationship issues.  It is great to see the youth participate in the groups of their choosing and grow in their faith.

Also in September, we went out for a night of bowling.  We enjoyed a great time of fellowship and food together.

Please mark your calendars as our annual Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser is coming up soon!  On October 24th, our youth will once again transform the Fellowship Hall into Baptista Ristorante, where we will entertain our guests with great food and singing. As usual, the Baptista Ristorante will open at 6:00pm. This fundraiser will help our youth attend their Winter Retreat in early 2016. Tickets are $10 and are on sale starting October 4th.  Please invite your friends!

Youth Mentors: Mark, Kirsten,Jerry, Andrew, Mary, Matt S, Kim, Danijela and Matt M.
