I am sooooo proud of the VIBE Youth Group for leading and participating in Youth Sunday in August! God showed up and was faithful because we trusted Him and put our focus on Jesus and not the performance. Our priority during rehearsals was praying and seeking God for guidance and wisdom so that we could share our faith joyfully.
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." Matthew 6:33-34
I am thankful that God has blessed the VIBE Youth Group with wonderful spiritual gifts and talents, and that He has united us to share our faith. It was inspiring to see the youth share their faith through music, words, slam poetry and short films. The joy of the Lord emanated through each youth in the various roles they chose, including greeters, tech operators, the worship team, visual arts, and public speaking.
Our prayers were for the church to experience the sweet presence of the Lord through our youth, and many in the congregation left the worship service inspired and feeling blessed.
This is only the beginning. I am so excited to see God moving in our VIBE Youth Group!

We welcome Middle School and High School students to join us at the church on Sunday's mornings at 9:15 a.m., and on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.
