Water Treatment Ribbon-Pipe Cutting
On Saturday, November 3rd, a very special part of the ceremony to dedicate Redwood Glen's new water treatment facility was the "ribbon" cutting. And what could be more fitting for a water treatment plant dedication than using a pipe, complete with water inside, as the ribbon!
Final Inspection on November 28
The final inspection of the facility is scheduled for Wednesday, November 28th, at which time Redwood Glen will become water independent and ready to step into the future.
What's Next?
The overall cost for the water independence project has exceeded $1.3 million. In order to keep Redwood Glen operating through the winter months – when our costs exceed our income – we are seeking to raise $100,000 by the end of 2018, and another $100,000 in the spring of 2019. We invite you to please give generously to the ministry of Redwood Glen.
