June 2020

In January through March, giving was less than our target giving, totaling 92.5% of the goal. Our overall revenue (includes cell towers and other income) was 97.1% of the budgeted amount. Our expenditures during the same period were 88.7% of the budgeted amount so, we remain in the black. Let us all celebrate the generosity and fortitude of the congregation as we continue our tithes and offerings during these troubling times.

The Courtyard giving continues, and most people who pledged support have continued to provide their pledges. Again, thank you for your continued support. Everything will be well.

Missions' Support.  Our support to missions this year is 8% of General Fund giving, with a goal of giving 10% (including designated giving) to missions. Currently, missions have received 10.4% of actual giving (9.7% of budgeted giving), so, we’re in the ballpark. Again, thanks for your generosity.

We have successfully received a stock donation through our eTrade account. This ability has been a goal of ours for a while now and it’s great to see it work. For more facts about an account and how to contact a broker, there's a form letter under the Give Stock button, which. is under Giving on the church website.

Property Update. Roof repairs and/or patching continues. Most of the patching is over Margareth’s office, as well as the chair storage room just off the Sanctuary. The Building Improvement/Maintenance account is empty. If you want to direct some of your giving to that account, it would be welcome.

1 Chronicles 29:14 (NIV)

"But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand. Thank You Lord!"
