Job Openings at SCFBC

Santa Clara First Baptist Church has a job opening for full-time Director of Youth and College Career Singles Ministries. Santa Clara First Baptist Church (SCFBC) is a mid-sized American Baptist Church with approximately 200 members. The current youth/singles programs are lead by a group of approximately 10 volunteer leaders. Average attendance at middle school functions is about 20; at high school functions about 25-30; at college/career singles functions about 15. It is SCFBC's intent to hire a Director of Youth and College Career Singles Ministries as soon as possible.

Job application procedures include the following:

4. Submit a resume of recent work experience.

5. Submit a copy of completion of a Bachelor's Degree.

Our process will include review of your paperwork and conversation with your references. Subsequently, candidates will be contacted for an interview, as well as a possible site visit at their present place of employment. Then the candidate will be presented to the church body for approval of the Job Description and subsequent employment.
