Rev. Richard Reaves has been senior pastor of SCFBC since 1991. Ordained for over 30 years, Richard has a Bachelor's degree in History from Stanford University and a Master's of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Susi are parents of three grown boys - Christopher, Andrew and Will. They currently share their home with two cats - Duncan and Beth.

My full name is Jennifer Ingle Hammar and my official title is Associate Pastor, which means I do whatever is needed around here. My main focus is Children's Ministry, which means I get paid to play every single Sunday! I really love it and working with children allows my creative side to run wild. Plus, kids are awesome and they give the best hugs and ask the greatest questions.

I've been at SCFBC since 2000, thanks in large part to my mom who got me that first interview. It's true. Ask me about it sometime. After college, I graduated from American Baptist Seminary of the West in 1998, and was ordained by the American Baptist Churches/USA in 1999. I'm married to my best friend, Jon Hammar, who I met when we were 13. We serve in Children's Ministry together which is a great blessing. He's in charge of games, making sure the kids have ridiculous amounts of fun every week. We have two children - Jason and Josie. One of our children is sweet and loves to follow all the rules. The other child is just like me. I'll let you guess which is which.

Erik has a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry and in Theology from William Jessup University. He joined SCFBC full time in 2010 to lead the Jr High, Sr High, and Young Adults group. Campus ministry is a passion of Erik's with Santa Clara High School across the street. He lives in Gilroy with his wife Christy, and son Jakob.

Sharon Cintas is the Worship leader for our Sunday morning service. She plays guitar and piano and helps design the worship service each week. Sharon and her husband Jerry are parents of twin daughters, Carmen and Camille.

Dave has been a member of Antioch Baptist Church of San Jose, CA for 24 years. Presently under the Pastoral leadership of Senior Pastor J.A. Smith Jr. Dave sings in both the Male Chorus and Mass Choir and various other groups when called upon. He is married to a wonderful woman who lead him to Christ. They have two sons, Frederick and Joshua, who are college aged. Singing and writing Gospel Music is a major influence in his life as he continually praises the Lord's name and testifies about His goodness through song.
