In September, we learned all about the Israelite's Exodus journey. We made a spinning calendar to help us understand how to honor God every day of the week, and we learned about the Ten Commandments. We also learned a candy magic trick while learning about how God provided manna and quail to the Israelites when they were without food in the desert. And while making shields, we reminded ourselves to trust God for protection.
Basically, KID Zone is fun and interactive as we go about creating crafts and playing games, and learning about the Bible during the large-group Bible story time and the Bible verse journal time. Even the snacks are based on stories in the Bible!
