Just a reminder: When you see books in the Lobby Book Nook with blue tape attached above the spine label, that means the library team has added those books to the library's collection into the system and made them available for borrowing. Books with the number "3" were processed in March 2019, and books with the number "5" were processed in May. We added from 50 to 60 books to the library's collection during that time. These books are the library's recent additions Adding new books is just one of our goals of providing you with new materials in the library for your reading pleasure. Now it's your turn to use our great library! We look forward to you visiting the library to check out books so that we can get more books on the shelves – really. We have SO MANY BOOKS that we need more room for new ones!
Santa Clara City Library's Summer Reading Program
If you are planning to sign up for either of the Santa Clara Library's Summer Reading Contests – for both adults and children – you can read books from our library and add them to your reading list at the city library. Even with your other activities this summer, challenge yourself to read good books and have a fun-filled summer with new book adventures.

Thank you for your donations of books and DVDs. Some new donations are added to the library's collection, and some are given away at the August H.O.P.E. Silicon Valley event. We greatly appreciate your contributions!
