Getting Started in Santa Clara:
Obviously, the first step is to find a place to live. We have listed links to some real estate and rental organizations, as well as mortgage brokers, to assist you in your search.
Once you have found the just-right place to live, air, heat, water, waste, and Internet will most certainly come into play. Our city uses PG&E for gas and city run water, waste and electricity. Santa Clara is unique compared to surrounding cities by having its own electric company, which is typically less expensive than PG&E. Below is the contact information for those services.
Santa Clara Electric
Comcast Internet/Cable TV
AT&T Internet DSL
If you have children, schools are obviously very important to you and your family. Santa Clara Unified School District has several options regarding your child's education. We pray that your family finds just the right environment for your child to excel.
