October is World Missions Month: To support world missions, the lobby Book Nook is currently displaying books, DVDs and audio materials about missionaries and mission fields. Remember, our mission field isn’t always “overseas” or in a third-world country. It is here, just outside our doors and in our neighborhoods.
Come Visit the Library! If you haven’t seen what you're looking for in the SCFBC library, please let us know and we will look for a copy to add to the collection. And we want to offer a very special "Thank you!" to the many people who have donated books, DVDs and CDs to the library.
LibraryWorld Search for iPhone: I hope you are having success using the on-line SCFBC Library look-up feature or the LibraryWorld Search for iPhone app. Also, you can access the SCFBC Library database on the www.scfbc.org website: Under RESOURCES, click on Church Library; then, on the next screen, click on the “Search Here!” block. If you know the name of the book or its author, you can enter it in the gray-rimmed box and then click on the blue box to see if it is available in the SCFBC Library.
