Sanctuary Screens

The projection screens in the sanctuary are used to display lyrics for the worship songs we sing and to show slides for Pastor Valui's sermons. The screens use rear-screen projection fabric with video projectors behind them. They were installed back in 2011 when the sanctuary was remodeled and the aspect ratio of the screens was 4:3. Now that the service is being video recorded and streamed live on Facebook in a 16:9 aspect ratio we had to convert all of our video content to a 16:9 widescreen format. That meant that the top section of the screens in the sanctuary would need to be filled in to change the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9.

Thank you to Joe Lopez, Nick Vanni, and Jun Lagmay for helping with the project.

Parking Lot

When Bethlehem ended in December and everything was put away we noticed that the parking lot lines were almost all rubbed off and very hard to see. It probably didn't help that over 17,000 visitors walked over them, rubbing sand over the painted lines. Money collected at Bethlehem covered the cost to re-stripe the parking lot with new bright lines.
