• 3. God Put His Spirit Within Us And Gave Us The Spirit of Boldness And Sound Mind
• 4. God Promised Immortality To Mortals Who Believed In Jesus

SACRIFICE WHAT WE ARE FOR WHAT WE CAN BECOME

And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son. But the Angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, "Abraham, Abraham!" So he said, "Here I am." And He said, "Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me" (Genesis 22:10-12)

“Abram” was sacrificed to become “Abraham”

Abraham sacrificed his known status for God’s promise.

Fear God To Keep Fear Walking

When you fear God, you keep fear walking

God respond to our fear
But He rewards our faith

God has ultimate claim on our life
Set free from fear of any unwarranted claim

And He said, "Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me” (Genesis 22:12).

SACRIFICE WHAT WE HAVE TO OBTAIN WHAT GOD HAS

Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD- Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, "In the Mount of The LORD it shall be provided” (13-14)

Abraham offered “Isaac,” God provided a “Ram”

Lift Up Your Eyes And Looked To God For Provision

We follow His promises He is faithful to provide

SACRIFICE WHAT WE KNOW TO INHERIT THE UNKNOWN

Blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. "In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice (Gen 22:17-18).

Abraham left his inheritance for God’s inheritance

Blessings And Multiplying In Obeying God’s Voice

When we obey the voice of God, He opens the windows of heaven

Living without fear is not about ‘knowing’
It is walking without fear ‘not knowing’

The writer knows the ending. It is fixed.
The actor plays out the drama.

TRUTH

• I. Fear God ad He drive away our fears
• II. Love God and He will cast away our fears
• III. Fear is not from God. He gave us boldness and sound mind.
