VIBE Youth Group

VIBE is a haven for middle and high school students to come hang out with their friends, build relationships, have fun, and develop their faith and trust in God.

VIBE was inspired by the DC Comics series "The Flash." The character Cisco Ramon receives supernatural powers and becomes a meta-human defeating all evil meta-humans with the ability to lay hands on people and objects, vibing them to prophetically see the future. Hence, Cisco becomes known as "Vibe". This piece of pop culture connects to our VIBE youth group through 2 Timothy 1:6-7, "Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
