Revelation 4,5

THE MESSAGE

As followers of Christ we must be a disciple as well as a disciple-maker.
Let someone see and experience heaven through you.

"Go and make disciples." Matthew 28:19 NKJV

Jesus is God's Victorious Plan.

• 1. IMAGINE HEAVEN

  "After these things I looked, and there was a door standing open in heaven!" Revelation 4:1

• 2. HEAVEN IS INCLUSIVE
  • A. Every Creature

    Then I heard every creature - in heaven, on earth, under the earth, in the sea, and all that is in them." Revelation 5:13

  • B. Every Creature Sings Forever and Ever
    Singing:

    "To the one seated on the throne and to the Lamb be praise, honor, glory, and ruling power forever and ever!" Revelation 5:13

  • C. Inclusive Worship

    And the four living creatures were saying, "Amen," and the elders threw themselves to the ground and worshipped." Revelation 5:14

• 3. AN INCLUSIVE HEAVEN REQUIRES INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP
  1. Be a Disciple and also be a Disciple-maker.
  2. Discipling often starts in a relationship with others.
  3. Jesus modeled discipleship perfectly through his relationship with the 12 disciples.
• 4. HOPE CHALLENGE
  1. Are you willing to invest your time, energy, skills, and resources on one or two persons like Jesus did?
  2. What are the names of the persons you have in mind?
  3. Discipleship is very intentional.

     This is how we live on earth, as it is heaven!

ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN

Imagine a crowd larger than anyone could ever count, all dressed in long white robes, holding palm branches, and shouting praises to God. Just imagine that for a moment.

"All of whom were singing in a loud voice: 'Worthy is the lamb who was killed to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and praise!'" Revelation 5:12
