Exodus 36: 1-2

1. GOD GIFTED EVERYONE UNIQUELY FOR HIS PURPOSE

"And Bezalel and Aholiab, and every gifted artisan in whom the Lord has put wisdom and understanding, to know how to do all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, shall do according to all that the Lord has commanded." EXODUS 36: 1

1. Every follower of Jesus has at least one gift (Romans 12:3; 1 Corinthians 12:25)
2. Every follower of Jesus has at least one gift for common good (1 Corinthians 12:7)
3. Every follower of Jesus has at least one gift for the work of God's ministry (Ephesians 4:12a)
4. Every follower of Jesus has at least one gift for building up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12b)

2. GOD MOVES WILLING SPIRITS TO DO HIS WORK

Then Moses called Bezalel and Aholiab, and every gifted artisan in whose heart the Lord had put wisdom, everyone whose heart was stirred, to come and do the work. EXODUS 36:2

A Willing Spirit Follows The Light

The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord (Prov 20:27)

1. Live by the spirit (Do not conceal your sins, confess your sins)
2. Walk by the spirit (Gal 5:24) Follow the inward witness, Go Deeper
3. Led by the Spirit (Take the inward journey to solitude and meditate on the word of God) How?
4. Be Poor In Spirit (Matthew 5:3)
5. Watch and Pray (Matthew 26:41)

3. GOD MOVES WILLING HEARTS TO DO HIS WORK

And they received from Moses all the offering which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of making the sanctuary. So they continued bringing to him freewill offerings every morning (EXODUS 36:3)

A Willing Heart Lives In The Light

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path (Psalms 119:105 NKJV)

1. Seek God (Ps 119:10)
2. Store up God's word in your heart (Ps 119:11)
3. Delight in God (Psalm 37:4)
4. HOW?
5. Have a humble heart
6. Trust in the Lord and lean on His Understanding (Prov 3:5-6)
7. Purify your heart

WHEN GOD MOVES, YOU MOVE

Then all the craftsmen who were doing all the work of the sanctuary came, each from the work he was doing, and they spoke to Moses, saying, "The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work which the Lord commanded us to do" (Exodus 36:4-5).

When you move with the Holy Spirit, you can move mountains

The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit" (John 3:8 NKJV)

1. Move with God in the same direction He is moving
2. Stay when God says stay
3. HOW?
4. Say Yes when God moves. When God moves, He moves quickly.
5. Say No when God says No.

RESULT

So Moses gave a commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, "Let neither man nor woman do any more work for the offering of the sanctuary." And the people were restrained from bringing, for the material they had was sufficient for all the work to be done-indeed too much" (Exodus 36:6-7).
