Solution To The Crisis of Laborers

"Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38).

"Harvest Truly Plentiful"

The crisis of plentiful harvest presents us with plentiful opportunity.

Recognition of plentiful harvest begins with love and compassion for the lost.

But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd (Matthew 9:36).

"Laborers Are Few"

The crisis of plentiful harvest is directly connected to the crisis for more laborers.

Realization of the need for more laborers must direct us to the Lord of Harvest.

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: "Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? (Isaiah 6:8)

"Pray To The Lord of The Harvest"

Prayer is the remedy to the crisis for more laborers.

Requesting God for more laborers is key to a greater harvest.

"Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest" (Matthew 9:38).

"To Send Out Laborers into His Harvest"

Prayer is the solution for God to literally send (push if needed) men and women into His harvest.

Responding to the call of the harvest is critical to a greater harvest

"You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you" (John 15:16).
