The Commission And Promise: Go, I will always be with you.

The Message:

1. Going to the unknown and our future is a source of anxiety and fear.
2. How do we respond to the Commission?
3. God promised to be with us so we can manifest God's glory in this world.

1. Going to the unknown and our future is a source of anxiety and fear.

Going into the unknown and our future can cause anxiety and fear due to a perceived lack of information. As a result, one can go to great lengths to seek certainty and have things under control.

Do you worry about the unknown and the future?

Mark 16:15

Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

Good News

2. How do we respond to God's Commission and Promise?

Mark 16:16
He who believes and is baptized will be saved;
but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Believe. Baptize. Be Saved.

3. God promised to be with us so we can manifest God's glory in this world.

Mark 16

17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

1. What demons are you fighting? You need a divine power to intervene.
2. We may not drink poison, but we could be dealing with toxic relationships.
3. Who needs recovery from physical or mental sickness?

When God's promise (Holy Spirit) dwells with us, we will speak in new tongues. Have your friends and family mentioned your change as God dwells in you?

We are ambassadors of Christ that spread the good news of the gospel. There's a world that desperately needs Jesus.
