The Holy Spirit is the Breath and Life of the Church. The Divine Origin of the church began with the coming of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit inspired the growth of the church locally and the spread of the church universally.
The continued growth of the local church and the spread of the Good News throughout the world hinges on the Holy Spirit.
Why Is The Holy Spirit Vital For Our Church?
God is moving in our church. He is preparing us for a new season. The pruning, shaping, and molding by the Holy Spirit is a defining moment for our church. I cannot think of a better series at this time. This series of seven messages on the Holy Spirit is a divine design for our church.
People are not inspired by what you do; they are inspired by why you do it. Compelling and attractive faith is not what you do and what you believe. Compelling and attractive faith is why you do it and why you believe. The goal is to inspire people to follow Jesus. Not because we have to, but because we want to. The Holy Spirit within us has the ability to inspire those around us.
