God's Chipper Crew Shows Up!
The "Rake and Take" workday on Saturday, June 12th, was a great success. We want to give a great big thanks and to express our gratitude to the crews who helped get the camp ready for inspection and the camping season. The end result of all their work was great piles of branches and debris. And, then, what to do with them???
Well, God's chipper crew showed up. Maintenance leader Ronald Gonsalves had recently put his name (with Redwood Glen's address) into a drawing for a free chipper visit. He hit the jackpot and, to the staff's surprise and wonderment, a chipper and crew rolled into camp. So lots of the debris and branch gatherings were chipped and piled together. What a great gift and evidence that our Lord Jesus continues to bless and lead the restart of Redwood Glen.
