EKKLESIA 365
"You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." (Acts 1:8 NKJV)

Imagine genuinely loving your neighbors 365 days of the year.
Imagine genuinely loving your enemies 365 days of the year.
Imagine genuinely forgiving others 365 days of the year.
Imagine experiencing such inner freedom and the outward faithful representation of Jesus.

Ekklesia  Church
“Ekklesia” in Greek, and “Kehilla” in Hebrew, mean an assembly of people called out from the world to God. The church is the mystical body of Christ called out from the world into God’s eternal kingdom.

Being Ekklesia
“You shall be witnesses to me,” Jesus said to His disciples. We reveal Christ to the world by “Being Church” and not “Doing Church.” To be witnesses is not just showing up on Sunday for worship services, but to make God's presence visible wherever you are. Jesus is revealed and God’s presence is visible when you feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, clothe the naked, visit the sick, and give justice to the weak.

Ekklesia 365 Days
The beautiful vision of God’s kingdom is precisely that:
We are part of healing the world 365 days of the year.
We are part of comforting people 365 days of the year.
We are part of serving people 365 days of the year.
We are part of loving the world 365 days of the year.
We, the church, are called to be witnesses of Jesus in our daily life.

Ekklesia Series
Every time we show compassion to others...
Every time we show hospitality to strangers...
Every time we care for the widows and orphans...
Every time we lighten the burdens of the weak and the poor...
Every time we show mercy and give justice to the oppressed
Jesus is revealed, and God’s vision of His Kingdom becomes visible in today’s world.

The Ekklesia Series is to help us live like Jesus daily, and “Be A Church” 365 days of the year.
