The "Rebirth" of Redwood Glen

Redwood Glen is ready to work creatively with your group or family to be safe during the pandemic, to help you with meal planning, and to develop ways to have a great time.

Redwood Glen's Rebirthing

After the terrible and dangerous fires in the Santa Cruz mountains, the Redwood trees have started their rebirth. This is happening on the camp property and in the hills and valleys all around Redwood Glen.

This survival and rebirth is also true of the Redwood Glen Camp, the staff, and the mission God has given us.

  • Thanks to the generosity and prayers of Redwood Glen supporters, (learn about the matching gift offer below) we have paid our bills, and secured insurance for the camp for 2021. Members of the staff are also back in their homes and have health insurance coverage.
  • Thanks to government action, we have also secured two PPP (Paycheck Protection  Program) loans, which have a good chance of being forgiven. These loans will help with staff costs and operating expenses.
  • When health safety rules permit, we will restart our mission of being a place God uses to transform people. We also dream of Redwood Glen becoming a place for other great missions of Christ, including racial reconciliation and becoming a Creation Stewardship Center.

Multiply Your IMPACT by Doubling Your Gift!

A generous donor, who wants God to continue changing lives at Redwood Glen in 2021, has made a matching gift offer. All gifts given in February through March 15th will be matched dollar- for-dollar up to a total of $20,000.

What a great opportunity to turn your $20 into $40, $100 into $200, or $1,000 into $2,000! Especially when it helps children, youth and adults draw closer to God and grow in their walk with Jesus. You can give to Redwood Glen online, or mail checks to: 100 Wright Dr., Loma Mar CA 94021.

Join the Redwood Glen Prayer Team!

A major part of loving Redwood Glen and expanding the mission of Christ here is to pray for the staff, the worship teams, and the Glen's ministry. The Redwood Glen staff and board understand that God is the center of both our ministry and the existence of the camp. To receive both the wisdom and the resources necessary to support God's work, we have created a Redwood Glen Prayer Team. The team focuses on the needs and successes of our programs, on how lives have been positively changed, and on the changes that are needed to create healthier and more God-directed living. Please consider joining our Prayer Team. You can sign up here.
