There are fifty days between the Resurrection and Pentecost. Let the fifty-day period between Resurrection and Pentecost become a period of Faith Fitness.
This period is the most powerful period in the history of the Christian faith. The Resurrection is the foundation of Christian faith, apart from which our faith is in vain - and Pentecost, the giving of the Holy Spirit, marks the beginning of the Church.
In the fifty-day period between the Resurrection and Pentecost, Jesus defeated Satan and brought about victory over sin and death, and ushered in the beginning of a new resurrected life. Jesus dealt with fear and doubt. Jesus restored the faith of His disciples. He gave the Great Commission, and sent the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, marking the beginning of the church.
