WHAT IS RESET 2021
The RESET 2021 church-wide fasting and prayer is to seek God for renewal, revival, restoration, and a change in how we do things and how we live.

WHY DO WE NEED A RESET
We need a RESET to face the challenge ahead of us. The pandemic created a pause, a break in our routine, and forced us to reflect on what really matters. Now is the time for a RESET.

RESET is not going back. Most of us dream of going back to normal, back to the past.

But many do not want to go back (racial injustice, economic inequality, social meltdown, political chaos, pandemic) You will face the challenge to go back to business as usual, back to your old self. Do not go back; RESET instead. Reset and go forward.

Do not go back to biblical Egypt. The rise of the Israelites as a nation traced back to the ten plagues. The rise of the west traced back to the Black Death which killed over 40% of Europe’s population in the mid-1300s. We can rise from plagues, tragic loss, and resurrect out of tragedy.

WHO HAS HIT THE RESET BUTTON
Moses emerged as a leader in the wake of the plagues.
Job emerged as a person of integrity after his personal tragedy.
David emerged as a man after God’s own heart after his fall.
They all hit the reset button.

Reversal is possible, Tyranny can be overcome. Redemption is possible, Tragedy can be overcome. Restoration is possible, Treachery can be overcome.

Forgiveness is possible, Sin can be forgiven. Healing is possible, Mistakes can for forgiven.
Shalom is possible, Brokenness can be made whole. Salvation belongs to the Lord. Here’s how to hit the reset button:
