Four Baptisms on Sunday, September 27th!
For the first time in SCFBC history, four people were baptized on the same Sunday, September 27th, in our new commUNITY Park! Congratulations to Britany Whitesell, and her daughter Cali; and to Brittany's friend Esteban DeBram; and to Valentin Espinoza. It was a beautiful day to be baptized, and 40 to 45 people witnessed the baptisms, keeping socially distant and wearing masks. The original video of the baptisms had technical problems, but you should soon be able to see the updated video on the church's Facebook page.

We would like to do more baptisms in October and November, with the next baptism tentatively scheduled for Sunday, October 18th.
Alex Shen
With saddened hearts, we must let you know that one of our church members,
Alex Shen, 
passed away on Friday, September 18, with heart issues. His memorial service was on September 29th, with Pastor Valui presiding. Alex accepted the Lord at Billy Graham's first 16- week New York City Crusade, in May of 1957, in Madison Square Garden. Sympathy cards can be sent to Alex's cousins, in care of Alex Shen's Family, Villa Serena, 1340 Pomeroy Avenue, #121, Santa Clara, CA 95051.
