Each November, SCFBC holds an Annual Business Meeting. This meeting is required by our Bylaws, and is a great opportunity for members to participate in some vital decisions for our church. Non-members are welcome and encouraged to attend as well to learn more about some of the behind-the-scenes things that shape our congregational life. Due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, this year’s meeting will take place via Zoom.
The agenda for this year’s meeting on November 22nd at 12p.m. via Zoom includes voting to approve the members of the Leadership Board and voting to approve the upcoming fiscal year’s operating budget.
The meeting agenda, proposed budget, and profiles of the board members will be sent to you via email two weeks ahead of the meeting date. This gives everyone plenty of time to read through the documents and handouts and ask questions or request more information. The meeting ballot will be sent to all SCFBC members on the morning of the meeting.
